Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Areesit Logistics dispatch services.
Cancelling Service
You may cancel at any time with seven (7) days written notice by emailing dispatch@areesitlogistics.com. No long-term contract is required.
No Setup or Monthly Fees
We do not charge setup fees or a monthly retainer, so there is nothing to refund for those. You pay a flat percentage only on loads we book.
Fees Already Earned
Commission on loads we booked before your cancellation date remains due, including loads in transit or delivered but not yet invoiced. These fees are non-refundable because the work was already performed.
Refunds
Because our fee is earned only when we book a load for you, there are generally no advance payments to refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review and correct any verified billing error.
Disputes
If you dispute a charge, please contact us first at dispatch@areesitlogistics.com so we can resolve it directly and quickly.
