Terms of Service

Our Services

Areesit Logistics provides truck dispatching and back-office support services for owner-operators and small fleet carriers. We are not a freight broker or a motor carrier. We act on your behalf to source freight, negotiate rates, and assist with paperwork; you remain the carrier responsible for the safe and legal operation of your equipment.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must hold active operating authority (MC/DOT), maintain required insurance, provide accurate information, be at least 18 years old, and be able to enter into a binding agreement.

Fees and Payment

• Our fee is a flat percentage of your gross linehaul, as agreed during onboarding.
• Accessorial charges such as detention, TONU, layover, and lumper reimbursements are not included in our commission and remain yours.
• There are no setup fees and no monthly retainer unless expressly agreed in writing.
• Fees are earned on loads we book and are payable as set out in your service agreement.

No Forced Dispatch; Your Approval

We operate with no forced dispatch. You approve every load before it is booked, and you are responsible for confirming that you can legally and safely complete each load you accept.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current authority, insurance, and tax documents
• Maintain compliance with FMCSA and applicable regulations
• Operate your equipment safely and lawfully
• Communicate availability, hours of service, and load status promptly

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific rates, earnings, load volume, or load availability. Freight markets fluctuate, and results vary by lane, equipment, season, and other factors outside our control.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel with seven (7) days written notice. Fees for loads booked before cancellation remain due. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Areesit Logistics and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Areesit Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Areesit Logistics harmless from claims arising out of your operation as a motor carrier, your freight, your equipment, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Areesit Logistics maintains its principal place of business (Houston, TX), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
